What if there’s
more to the story
you’re telling
yourself?
HUMAN PERSPECTIVE
SNAPSHOT™
Recognize Your Perspective
Two people can experience the exact same moment—
and notice something completely different.
Where does your attention go first?
Ten everyday moments. About four minutes.
One glimpse into the perspectives you naturally reach for.
THIS ISN'T ABOUT
PUTTING YOU IN A BOX
You’re not one thing everywhere.
You can be decisive at work and uncertain at home.
Curious in one conversation and defensive in another.
Focused on fixing the problem in one moment—and on what the problem means about you in the next.
That’s not inconsistency. That’s context.
The Human Perspective Snapshot™ isn’t designed to tell you who you are.
It gives you a glimpse at where your attention tends to go first when something happens.
What do we mean by Perspective
FIVE PEOPLE. SAME MOMENT.
FIVE DIFFERENT FIRST THOUGHTS.
Something unexpected happens.
One person thinks:
What can I do?
Another:
What do I need to understand?
Another:
How are we?
Another:
What else is true?
And another:
What does this mean about me?
None of them is wrong.
They’re simply noticing different parts of the same moment.
That’s perspective.
Why does it matter
Your perspective can shape:
what you notice,
what you miss,
what you assume,
what you make something mean,
and what you do next.
The Snapshot won’t tell you what to change.
It may help you notice something you hadn’t noticed before.
And sometimes that’s enough to create a little more space between:
what happened → what you made it mean → what happens next.
The five Perspectives:
The model explores five places attention can land:
DIRECTING
What can I do?
DECODING
What do I need to understand?
RELATING
How are we?
CONTEXTUALIZING
What else is true?
IDENTITY-ORIENTING
What does this mean about me?
You use all five.
The interesting part isn’t which one you are.
It’s which perspectives you reach for first, which ones become louder in certain situations—and which ones may be harder to see from where you’re standing.
What happens after
Your results will give you a starting glimpse at the perspectives that showed up most strongly in your answers.
Not a diagnosis.
Not a personality type.
Not a label you’re supposed to carry around.
A place to get curious.
Because the goal isn’t to find the “right” perspective.
It’s to recognize the one you’re standing in—and realize there may be more of the picture available.
No testimonials on this page: This is about them not others.
Ten everyday moments.
Choose the response closest to your first thought—not what you think you should think and not necessarily what you’d eventually do.
There are no right answers.
Don’t overthink it.
Notice. Choose. Keep going.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO START BY CHANGING ANYTHING.
Start by noticing.
One reaction.
One assumption.
One familiar pattern.
Because seeing more doesn’t tell you what to do.
It gives you more to choose from.
